At Miki Jewel, customer satisfaction is our priority. Made-to-order or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed as production begins immediately. Ready-to-ship orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been shipped. We generally do not offer cash refunds; eligible returns are processed as store credit or exchange. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, and items must be unused, unworn, and returned with original packaging. Custom jewellery, sale items, and earrings are non-returnable. In case of damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and images for assistance.
Shipping
All orders are handcrafted and processed within 12–15 business days after confirmation. Once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive tracking details via email or SMS. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days within India, depending on your location. International shipping is available, and delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. In rare cases such as courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses, delivery may take longer.
